Once again. Perfect example of an irresponsible person handling a firearm = someone getting hurt or killed. But don't be a lazy moron and blame the gun. If you can't find all the fail in this story It's possible someone snuck into your bedroom one night and gave you a lobotomy.

Blame doesn't have to be mutually exclusive.
Dude is an idiot and is the reason his brother was shot, but you can't tell me if he didn't have a gun his chances of killing his younger brother would have been a lot less.
This says nothing about gun control laws, as I don't think there is a sufficient way to "control guns" at this point, but when some people try and tell me that a knife is just as dangerous, they sound foolish.

And how dangerous are vehicles? How many people killed every year in car wrecks?and cars are not specifically protected by the U.S. Constitution

You are ignoring my point.
Not only that you are also ignoring the fact that the basic intended function the two items is drastically different. Not to mention we have a HUGE amount of regulation on vehicles for safety, which is conveniently forgotten whenever this point is brought up.
