I am wondering if they checked with the DA's office before arresting for this. Not real sure it meets the Statute for Prostitution. If it does then every dude that goes on a date and pays for dinner and a movie is subject to arrest.

Did you read the article? He "referenced her making extra money" is the quote. They don't say that when he flat offerred her cash. If he had come out and said it the press release would have read like your statement. Like I said and like others in the thread said, this sounds pretty damn gray to be arresting him and putting it in the paper. More going on here me thinks.
