As far as for this "spark", I have no idea WTF that means, but I'd much prefer a man tell me he is physically attracted to me and only wants to have sex with me than to pretend it's some romantic chemistry between us and he wants something more.

There's definitely a spark that's independent of sexual attraction.
There's lots of girls I've met and wanted to (and sometimes did) bang, but I kind of abhorred them from a dating standpoint.
