Not a fan of V shaped diesel engines. Keep it straight, keep it simple. That's why the 5.9 is loved by so many people. It would be a very interesting vehicle if not for that. V shape and new emissions EPA crap tells me lots of headaches in store for owners of that vehicle.

According to Nissan the truck will only be available in New Jersey, so that won't be a problem.
