Texas: $59.5 Million Welcome to Barefoot Ranch – Texas' idyllic resort in Larue. The 35,000-square-foot estate, listed by Sotheby's, is situated on 2,400 acres of rolling hills (and is just 10 minutes from the nearest jet strip!). The home has hosted summits, retreats, celebrities, politicians, and "countless rock and country stars." On the property, you'll find a timber-beamed lodge, golf course, driving range, boat house, cabins, tennis courts, equestrian center, organic greenhouse, paintball course, and shooting range, among other amenities. Whew! According to the Sotheby's listing: "If the Queen of England owned a family royal retreat disguised as a ranch in Texas, it would be this one."

Louisiana: $6.45 Million Come to the Garden Distric to spot this historical 1860s mansion in New Orleans. The Neoclassical home has 10,516 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 6 full and 2 half baths, and several chandeliers that would impress The Queen herself. Formerly known as the Robinson House, this estate also has an over 1,500-square-foot carriage house and intricate ironwork around the property.

South Carolina: $22 Million Kiawah Island is one of the most beautiful spots in South Carolina, so it's no wonder that this beach home at 133 Flyway Drive is listed for $22 million. This ultra-private, shingle-style home has 10,500 square feet of space with 9 bedrooms, 9 full bathrooms, and one half bath. The mansion has private beach access, a vast open floor plan, and a huge outdoor space that's perfect for entertaining.

I actually do own a mobile home that would be worth around 1 million according to the list.

A resort means you are going to need a full time staff to run the place for you, nand you don't live there full time. People vacation to it
