Why can't we get prisoners out to pick this shite up? Why can't we get the intersections cleaned from all the debris and piles of rocks in them?

I'm always amazed at the full car bumpers left on the side of the road after an accident. After reading this comment you'll start to notice them every day.
Tow truck operator or car owner should be ticketed for leaving that behind.

That is everywhere you go. People, mostly minorities and LP trash, have little to no respect for their surroundings.
A couple examples:
1) Getting a drink from canes, black woman in the passenger seat throws two empty coke cans out the window while shes getting food to stuff her fat face with.
2) Getting a tea from McDonalds. Woman getting her food drops the bag the employee handed her. Nothing spilled out of it. She asked for a new order and instead of picking it up and handing it to Mcdonalds to throw away she just looks at it and drives very it. White woman too. fricking scum.

There is a store near my office with "small town downtown style" parking. I've found diapers on the street. Right now there is a big contractor bag full of some heavy crap that needs to be hauled off.
The store employee cleans up every morning, still looks like shite by 5:00.

Yeah you lost me there. I guess everyone from "LP" rides to BR so they can trash it up for you guys and then ride back home.
