My younger brother is a big Ramones fan. I can't remember the names of the principal players involved, but according to his story, the song is about one of the Ramones having his girlfriend stolen from him. Perhaps by a another Ramone, perhaps by someone from another band. The person had some degree of right wing political leanings, at least when compared to Joey, Johnny, Dee-Dee, or whoever the frick Ramone who lost his girl. So he started to referring to the ne boyfriend as "KKK."
