The door was good.

But her not realizing that red peppers are the same as green peppers is what even more amazing.

Yep, and this is how all the great companies think. They're ahead of the customer and the customer doesn't know jackshit. This is what marketing and sales is all about.

Whoever created that phrase never worked in retail.

The customer tends to be their own worst enemy. They tend to live in a bubble and think they are the only customer you have. I'll tell a customer no if I what they want will effect ten other customers I have in a negative way. As someone posted before, the inmates run the asylum. Look at online review sites like yelp. They have been slowly devolving away from their intended purpose. The customer was given some power and they abused it.

The customer is very rarely right.

Whomever came up with that saying needs a swift kick in the sack.

No the customer is not always right. The problem is, if you tell low level employees that, they will crap all over people they don't think are in the right.

No, especially if they order steak well done with ketchup. If I was that ignorant about something, I'd appreciate the experts, the business, educating me.

There's a segment of the population that knows that they can get free shite if they complain. These people will usually complain that the order was wrong at the end of the meal after the food has already been eaten and try to get it comped.

Then you have this bitch who just likes to pointlessly yell at people. A. I'm sorry you raised such picky eater brats who refuse to eat green food. B. There is no solution to your problem. You aren't willing to have them fix it because you don't have time. Mistakes happen. It really isn't a huge deal. If there is a solution then get it fixed, otherwise stop being a c unt.

If it were my restaurant I wouldn't allow her back. I would put a picture of her behind the counter with a note that says "do not serve."
