The music is some kind of Techno Music.
I guess the name of the song, as mentioned, is DANGER.

But the character doesn't look like Eurotrash to me.
His character looks more like a comically exaggerated portrayal of a dude who frequents the big city night clubs/dance clubs that play techno dance music.
