I saw it about a year ago and it was in rough shape.

Same here. He pulled to the gas pump next to me and the inside of it looked like he lived in it. Piece of shite.

I know someone who dated him for a (very short) time. She said the car was literally all he ever talked about.

If that was your car you would be no different.

I'll be honest, if I had the spare $$, I'd love to have a mint DeLorean. Would it a time machine? No. Would I be driving it daily? No.

DMC has a shop right off the Beltway and 59 in Houston where you can purchase one. Sad thing is they are more expensive than a nicer model brand new vehicle haha

On my second day living in BR that dude passed me on the highway. I was in awe.

I love that there is a guy driving around town in a Back to the Future DeLorean. We need some more movie buffs with spare change (note: might be hard to find). I'd love to see the Ghostbusters car, the Dumb and Dumber shaggin' wagon, and the Mystery Machine driving around town as well, would liven up my hours of sitting in traffic.

I've seen all of those around town but the Shaggin' Wagon. The Ghostbusters Mobile often rides in several of the Baton Rouge night parades.

I've seen an original General Lee a few times while working in the Hammond area.

It was awesome.

ETA Oroginal as in it was used in the show and one of the few surviving cars.
