I wanted to thank coach Brett Beard at Live Oak along with the other coaches that spent their time yesterday getting flood debris out of our house. I'm not sure what we would have done without these guys so thank very much for your help in the community during these difficult times. These boys have been working almost non stop clearing debris for people in Livingston Parish.

Very cool. We had the Teurlings Catholic Volleyball and Football teams helping sandbag the Vermilion River out at my Sister In Laws neighborhood. Great kids, making a difference.

The St Thomas More football team has also been out rippin and gettin since day 1. All the schools and programs across Lafayette have been bustin it all week. There might be hope for the future generation yet.

I agree. Some people are raising damn good kids. None of them complained and even made us step out the way so they could handle the heavy things. I was impressed and very thankful.
