I was going to point out that lots of these "vehicle attacks" turn out to be someone that had a medical emergency or was drunk and ran into a crowd. But seeing that it is a rental truck, that is ISIS 101 right there. So glad the NYPD lit him up.
Now we just need to find out how many citizens they hit in the crossfire. I trained with those guys a couple of times and they were amazingly bad shots but quick to blaze away. Hoping the ones shooting have progressed beyond the level of the guys I worked with.

My thought too, although there is some reporting that this was a fight between two drivers.
