It wasn't deleted outright, it was just anchored. But back then the board had a page limit, and everything that fell off the back end was permanently lost (I don't think that is the case now..I think it's in internet limbo). And eventually, the GZM was permanently lost to the depths of Hell or the deep web or some shite.
