Authorities in Florida say that a group of teenagers recorded the drowning of a disabled man last week — and did nothing to help as they made fun of his struggles.

If he didnt want people to make fun him he shouldnt have tattooed a chicken leg on his cheek and truck nuts between his eyes.

Not that I condone what they did, but nothing requires them to help. They probably all need a good arse whipping for being assholes, but being an a-hole isn't illegal.
Sorry for the guy who drowned and his family. Especially if someone could have helped him.
