It really kind of pisses me off when I get hit up by someone because they have an "opportunity" to discuss with me - that ends up being a MLM. Does anyone have experience with Team National?

Someone has to support those at the top. It may as well be you.

Nope. It won't be me. The way I look at things, I've always been taught to put in an extra 8-10 hrs extra a week on my career, instead of a MLM,

Buddy of mine does. His parents are pretty involved in it and that is how they make their living. I do not know the extent of their earnings.

You can't just type out MLM? Noone knows what that stands for..

I worked with a lady who was all about team national, but she was the type that is very influenced by suggestion. They buy into it with glorious tales of huge savings/discounts on purchases but somehow that turns into a pyramid scheme, which they valiantly proclaim it isn't (but it is). She eventually quit and does it full time I'm guessing, although it's not too hard to out-gain a 22k salary as a clerk. Of course they live off her husband's disability check as well.

Anyways, the people that are into it are definitely drinking the coolaid and are very persistent on bringing it to their friends and family. They way they talk about the "self-help" aspect of the organization reminds me of Scientology.

It is definitely a scam. I had a guy keep hitting me up about it after we both got laid off from the same company. I went and found a job and he was literally trying to get me to quit the job and start scamming people.

The person who signs you up gets paid, every person you sign up sends money up the line all the way to the top. They sell you good vibes and a can-do attitude, but that is it. There is no product or service being sold, just access to cheaply made bullshite at cheap prices that you can sell at a fricking garage sale or something. The real goal is to get people signed up and the get them to sign up more people.
