it's just evidence of how differently we view boys and girls.
boys are seen as stronger and more independent. a boy falls off his bike and gets scraped up or gets hit hard in a football game, he gets back up and does it again.
girls are viewed more as their "daddy's little girl" and parents try to protect them more because they are viewed as more vulnerable than boys. they are not as big and strong most of the time.
not to mention this board is predominantly male so when they read stories of a boy banging his hot teacher, they think back to how they wanted to bang their hot teachers. when it happens to a girl, they have no common experience or memory to connect the story with so it's easier to vilify the adult male
