Charles Kane, 46, of Spencerport in Monroe County is due in federal court in Rochester Friday after being arrested on Thursday.
He's charged with enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity and would face at least 10 years in prison if convicted.
He was charged after setting up a meeting at a movie theater with an undercover officer posing as a teenage girl, prosecutors said. They said the officer had responded to one of two ads Kane placed last fall on Craigslist, one of which advertised for "daddy/daughter."

I really dont understand how you post on craigslist daddy wants daughter sex or whatever and not expect to get caught

My guess is he was looking for a role play. Cop says "Hi, I'm 14". Dude says, "seems legit, let's meet". Busted. Dumbass.
