try Long Boat Key club, it's like 30 minutes from St. Pete but a world apart.

no problem, used to work in downtown St. Pete, nothing good there, the Ritz in Sarasota is very nice too

Sarasota is the bomb, lot of night life and plenty of milfs ready to give it up

If you can afford it, Longboat Key club is the place, has 2 golf courses as well. I've been going there for years, it's definitely a 5 star resort. If that is too much, google Longboat Keys condos. That's where you want to be.
