3 time this month electricity has gone off. No wind,rain,nothing. Underground wiring. Frequent outages by SWEPCO. At this rate lose power 36 times a year. Worse tha a third world country.

I couldn't believe the change when I moved off the coast. Went from several power outages per year to one in 3 years.
