Nope someone rear ended someone..right on the top..probably one of the workers walking across the lane like they've been doing the last couple days and someone thought they were gonna hit then and slammed in their brakes..

My bad..I was on my way home from work..worked 4 1/2 hours, got paid for 8..was done on that side of the river going home to Gonzales..
The people looked like they were on their phone either calling the cops or their insurance..should have just let it roll to the bottom of the bridge..
