Sullivan Road Expansion

This article says that the new Sullivan expansion creates a NS thruway from Hooper Road to Nicholson Drive. Where exactly does this connect/come out on Nicholson Drive?

Good question.
It sort of comes down O'Neal, but that ends at George O'Neal. I guess they expect people to switch over to Stumberg and Pecue? Even that only goes to Highland.

I live in Central. They arent done with improvements. If you look at the Capital Outlay bill, the state is gonna expand Hooper from two to four lanes from Blackwater to Greenwell Springs. They are also gonna expand Sullian from two to four lanes from Wax to Hooper. And they are gonna extend Hooper from Greenwell Springs to Watson/Denham.

Nicholson - Bluebonnet - Burbank - Seigan - Perkins once they widen it east of Seigan - Stumburg - new Stumberg extension - Tiger Bend - widened Jones Creek - South Harrell's Ferry - Oneal - Central Thruway - Sullivan
Not direct but 4 lanes through the southern and eastern part of the parish.

Ok, thanks for the explanation. But still seems as though its not a true North South thruway, especially if parts of the puzzle still aren't 4 lanes.
