Pretty sure only certain areas would have this. Not like retinal scans are used to get into the base

Don't know about that. Haven't been by the bagram gates, but don't understand the purpose of retinal scan for other areas of the base unless there are areas solely that the TCN/LN access and an area they can't go without the scans such as main base
