It's not necessarily prostitution because it's not all "give me money or pay my bills or buy things/ do stuff for me and I'll have sex with you. Although in some cases that does obviously go on, so yes there is absolutely prostitution by definition going on on that site.
But while it isn't all prostitution, it out right says that everybody on there is looking for a "mutually beneficial relationship", and even if it really is just some girl keeping a rich guy company, or being his arm candy on a public date in exchange for whatever, that is by definition an escort service.

You are correct in that a portion of our population will get taken advantage of by another portion. The question is do we pass laws protecting them?
Your example is perfect. Porn is legal but prostitution is not. We outlaw one outright but not the other.
