Stupid things people say to dieters

I really wish people would educate themselves about how to eat healthy before speaking to someone else.
I've been "dieting" for close to 3 months and I'm tracking my daily calories and weight loss on myfitnesspall app. I've lost almost 40lbs so far.
That doesn't stop the fat heifers in the office from criticizing about every single thing I eat.
I was eating a piece of toast with peanut butter this morning and one of them makes a comment about how fattening that is and how I must be cheating today.
Why is it so hard to educate yourself about proper nutrition and how many calories you need each day to achieve your goals?

maybe you would have achieved 40 if you would have laid off the toast and peanutbutter.

It's just a tool that I use to help keep track. I don't completely rely on it to do what I want to accomplish

The best part about dieters is they are fat, yet as soon as they start dieting, they all of a sudden become experts on health/fitness and they think they should start lecturing everyone else (fit people) on it.

Never claimed to be an expert but I do know a lot more about nutrition and weight loss than I did a year ago.

If you didn't want them to talk to you about it you never should have brought it up to them. It's always someone else's fault.
