State Farm lowering rates while lawyers build bigger buildings. Something isn't adding up.

Gordon is not only getting it done for his clients but he’s scaring State Farm so bad that they’re cutting rates

He needed a new building so he would have one on each side of the interstate for some reason.

Switched to Geico from USAA, even insurance from USAA is getting absurd for their premiums.

They aren't building bigger buildings because of personal auto claims. Commercial auto pricing is going up across the board.

Thanks JBE!

State Farm's failing business model and high rates caused them to lose a bunch of customers--They had to drop rates. If JBE enacted TORT reform, then it would be his doing. But I don't see JBE backing any legitimate TORT reform measure.

What tort reform measures would you like to see ?

Maybe start with a liability cap. I don't see how someone in a simple rear end tap accident gets 70K. With a liability cap, you would no longer have these cases of "injured persons" needing 6 months care of a chiropractor because they got a minor dent in the bumper.

Went to Geico as well. Can’t beat $60 a month for liability and roadside.

Screw State Farm they dropped me for 3 legit claims over a 5 year span on homeowners insurance 2 weeks into hurricane season with one in the gulf. I had been with them for over 30 years .I had to take vacation to find new insurance and man was I glad found better insurance for about $1000 a year cheaper. Six months latter they call and wonder why I dropped their auto insurance and Begged me to come back . Told them to lick my butt after my morning ritual ??
