Starting to believe my apartment is haunted. Update page 12

Been living there a little more than 3 months. Both my fiancee and I have both seen a man stanfing in various parts of the apt at different times.
Bout 3 weeks ago, we were both in the living room when the rubber door stopper spring started vibrating like someone had kicked it.
Last night, we were in the room watching ESPN when we both heard footsteps. I checked it out and noone was there. I looked the bedroom door(its a 1 bedroom apt) and went to sleep. This morning, the door was about halfway open. Scared the shite out of her but i told her i had got up and went to the bathroom so she wouldnt freak out.
Think i'm a leave the voice recorder on my phone on at night to investigate.

pretty creepy, I live in a 1 bedroom too and hear shite but no random ghosts popping up

I had one in my old apt.. i always got the feeling it was a chick so i named her Morgan. My dogs loved her. She would always tease them.

My condo deffentily is. The building is over 150 years old though so I hear lots of haunting noises that happen in any old building. When I first moved in here I woke up to the window in my bedroom suddenly closing and making a slamming noise, I got up and checked it out. The window is bolt shut and does not even open but this has not occurred since. I have woken up drenched in sweat and gone to the thermostat and it's set on high 60's low 70s. Lets see what else, I sometimes hear coughing and laughing from the vacant apt under me. And I also have a light bulb in the lamp in my living room that seems to burn out a lot quicker then any other one I have in the place.
