Just heard of this. I was driving down Government earlier & noticed signage advertising this place. Just looked at their facebook and it looks like they've already started some preliminary groundwork. Looks pretty nice

Yeah that preliminary work was about 15 years ago when they knocked down the old Giamancos restaurant.
