No but I have confronted people who didn't mind their own business.

I've used my cell phone in violation of those no cell phone stickers.

I don't turn off my truck and I'm usually on the cell phone while pumping gas

I have once. I was pumping gas and this trashy homeless looking African American was going up to everyone begging for money with a lit cigarette in his hand. I told him to get the frick away from me and called him an idiot for smoking by the gas pumps.

I haven't bought gas in years. Been driving 100mph everywhere I go and have found my truck actually makes gas.
