Spinoff: How do you whistle loudly with your fingers?

What is the technique? I've tried a lot as a kid because my Dad could do it and it was super loud. I haven't tried recently and want to be able to do it.
In the other thread this is the consensus thing that most people can't do. So what is the trick?

YouTube will teach you. I use my pinky and pointer and practiced on my daily commute. It didnt take long to figure out.
