Jackson, his masterpiece of taking on three armies in the shenandoah, his saving the south at first manases and his flanking maneuver at Chancellorsville are legendary. Sherman pretty much i got more than you and I'm gonna burn stuff.

Sherman was brutal and was good with strategy. Jackson, I think was the better tactician and leader by far.

Jackson. If you swap the troop numbers, weapons, and supplies advantage that the Union had, Stonewall wins the war in less than a year.

True. The North's resources also played a huge factor. Industrial society vs. agrarian society.
