Before Kayden Culp was placed in an induced coma on Sunday, the 10-year-old special-needs child who had been lured to a Texas shack, doused with gasoline and set on fire was able to tell his mom the person responsible for the grisly attack needed to face justice: “He hurt me. He set me on fire. He needs to go to jail.”
Authorities had taken into custody Wednesday night one of the three boys – ages 9, 10 and 11 – believed to be involved in the horrific assault in the town of Kerrville. The unnamed juvenile was charged with first-degree arson, Culp’s aunt, Tanya Kasper, told FoxNews.com. But Culp’s family is also hoping additional charges will be levied, particularly because they believe the incident was premeditated.

As the father of a special needs little boy, I'd be stabbing motherfrickers.

There is no saving someone who did this. Treat as an adult.

I really can't even start to imagine this. What kid at 10 yrs old could even think like that? What could the parents be teaching their kids????

Man we live in a cold dark world.
My wife teaches special needs kids, she would not like hearing this story.
Easy decision to make a donation

just awful. The only hope for any of those boys is (I'm sure there was) the one instigator and the ones that were coerced into this can get some serious help.
And, sorry for the deflection, this can in a way show that a 9 year old Burke Ramsey could have killed his sister JonBenet on that Christmas night in 96.

My biggest fear in life is that somebody would do something unspeakable like this to my kid. I'd be in prison for the rest of my life over 3 little pieces of shite.

Those 3 kids are psychopaths and need to be locked up forever.

This makes my heart hurt. I'm so sad for this little boy and his family.

If it ever did happen to mine they best the parents in protective custody.

this is where, if i had super powers, i would become the judge, jury, and executioner. There would be no need for Judges or lawyers, i'd take care of it all in moments.
There is no justice, these kids will be charged as juvies, record wiped, once they hit the magical age.
