I agree with this. In Louisiana you need:

Louisiana State University
Louisiana Tech University
University of Louisiana - Lafayette
University of New Orleans (or some presence in NO)

That is it.......make the rest feeder schools into the 4 primary schools - focus on research money via LSU - not too damn complicated

I'll offer it's arguable that no one has offered more entertainment per post here than Herr volod.

The intersections of the shitstorms that are HBCUs & education in general are terrible theater.

Kids are being cheated and screwed out of education and formation of real mores and ethics.
