The committed will review all of the facts surrounding this incident and make the decision. As a law school we must demonstrate fairness and due process.

Seriously? The law school must demonstrate fairness and due process? The law school just essentially reprimanded Judge Erwin for alleged "hurtful and racist remarks" that was reported by the media. Did SULC get Judge Erwin's side of the story? Sure doesn't seem like it. It's laughable that this instruction is preaching "fairness and due process," yet they make a reckless statement without getting both sides of the story. Is this a joke? This is really an institute of higher learning? They preach fairness and due process and then publicly flame judge Erwin by saying they are disappointed and saddened by media reports, yet have not spoken with him? Am I missing something here? Is this totally, absolutely innapporiate?
