So we charge this cop with negligent manslaughter of a police officer, right?

He was a good boy. A very good boy.

Put the cop in chains.

No, he was just doing what nature I tended. You can't fault the cop for that.

I remember when this happened in New Orleans. The poor dog destroyed the inside of the car trying to get out and ended up dying. Was very sad.

Unless you're the dog. But really, how hard would it be to clean that mess up.

Say it was dognapped by a group of minorities, after you broke your own window. Bury it, no one thinks twice about animal remains. Etc.

Stupid frick!

Serious question. How many of you park in an open parking lot at work? (an open parking lot as in one that isn't a garage or doesn't have any place with shade).

When you get in your vehicle at lunch or at the end of the day. If you would get into your vehicle, shut the door and not turn it on or roll down the window, how long could you stay in it? I start dripping with sweat right away and I would imagine it wouldn't take long for me to dehydrate because of how much I start sweating right away. Just thinking about someone or a dog staying in there for 2 hrs (in some cases kids are left in cars much longer)... They must have been miserable before dying.

How fricking stupid is someone to do this?

He should be charged with a crime, and made to pay out of pocket for the training of a new dog.

is this the first time a cop has truly accidentally killed a dog?

this is intriguing because if a civilian would've killed that dog then they would be tried as killing an active officer, but what happens when a cop kills a service dog?
