Those are just hair follicles. I swear to god. Everyone has them, it's just that when you shave your rooster they become more pronounced. Nothing to worry about.

Probably 50% of hens have Hen Pox Virus. Dangerous for the hen due to cancer risks, but more of an unpleasant cosmetic issue for the cock.
