That sounds absolutely horrible but nothing irks me more than the homeboys that park their whips at the gas pump with the radio shaking their trunks while they go inside to pay. Not only is there no one in the car to listen but homeboy won't shut it off the entire time he's pumping gas.

I know in METRO in DC and MARTA in Atlanta they have big arse signs saying no music without headphones and they still get on with their phones blaring rap. The few confrontations I've seen have not ended well.
