Some nerd just took his shirt off and started peacocking around my office

WTF? Dude just sits there all day in fron of his computer, doesnt speak to anyone...sort of a wierd kind of loner. He's about 5'11" 250 lbs and has pictures of Britney Spears all over his office.
No one ever talks to him because he has a lisp and stutters and is annoying as hell.....
Anywho...he just walked into my office, took his shirt off and started peacocking for no reason.
Im not sure if I should kick his arse or report him to HR
