Yeah idk how long he woulda been able to hold on to the NBA part of his name, but he was starting to make some waves. A few hip hop magazines had been covering him; had a young money manager; was being courted by and/or had already signed to Atlantic Records; was getting a few thousand a show and booking some steady gigs in Texas and Arkansas from what I saw.. wasn't too big in BR yet but was going to be worth doing a show with soon in my opinion just to start building.. definitely had a younger fan base.
