Some girl just knocked on my back door twice looking for money

gave me the ole "out of gas, gonna get towed" routine. Probably a meth head or something similar. I've never had one actually knock on my door before, much less my back door.
I'd really rather not have to shoot someone today. Should I be concerned? I think she was just too fried to remember knocking on my door the first time, but I couldn't tell whether or not someone was with her. I only opened the door a crack both times.
