Pretty high usually to be honest. Upwards of $10,000 on big jobs.

Manufacturers will give core credits out, they recycle them.

Batteries can be very expensive and eventually do have to be replaced.

If you have a perfect site (south facing, 30 degree angle) youll need roughly a 13 kW to zero out. Installed price roughly $30-$35k before incentives.
