i would just like to know WTF they have to say that is so important it MUST be said while driving.
Last weekend we rode along side of a woman driving on i-10 who didn't look up from her phone for over 1/4 mile.

I went to the grocery store last night. After you finish checking out, there is room for two carts to pass to go outside. This woman stopped with her cart blocking both lanes, spent like 3 minutes grabbing all of the bags out of it. Then, she walked off leaving it across the lanes with me and three other people standing there.
