Not having kids isn't always a choice.

If the OP needs some assistance in the conceptual stage, please post the SO's pics and CV, I can possibly help.

Garmisch is beautiful, by the way. Thanks for reminding me.

Is there a concern she may be affected by this next round of higher Ed cuts?

May not be the best time to invest 200k in a house if there's any possibility of her position getting cut

Depending on where you teach, I'd recommend these areas as they are easy for her to get to LSU:

College Hill, Kenilworth, Magnolia Woods, Oak Hills, Southdowns, Mid-city/Garden District, maybe some of the newer neighborhoods off Bluebonnet near Burbank

People keep saying Southdowns. Have you looked at the retarded cost of homes there?

That's like asking why have sex if not to have kids.

Gotta feel sorry for all the spouses of the people that say "why marry if you aren't gonna have kids"

They are basically saying their spouse is only their spouse because they wanted kids. Talk about feeling loved and special

My response should have been

Man I feel for some of you. My wife is my best friend. We actually enjoy each other company or why get married? But back to the topic, I think we will mainly focus in Tara and good well area since that's right by where we currently rent an apartment
