Haven’t watched in a bit. Had nbc on and then was sitting outside for a while. Came back in when it was starting.

1. It's not as good as it used to be.
2. You don't find the same things funny as you used to.
2. Even in the golden age of SNL, plenty of skits fell flat. You just don't remember those.

The opening ones were usually their best material and at least pretty good. This is BAD.
They also pretend like they are taking shots at Biden but it’s really lame stuff.

Was a little better 6,7 years ago. They didn't/couldn't make fun of Obama so they were forced to write less political stuff. Now it's more stupid funny than quiet clever. It goes up and down.

Last week with Miles Teller and Kendrick Lamar was pretty good actually. But I’m not watching this week. I only watch if it’s someone I like already so I probably end up watching once a season. They can’t survive off that sort of model lol

Really, you liked last week? I thought the skits were terrible and unfunny. (5 mins of Charmin bears making shite jokes culminating with 2 boys bears doing an awkward dance for instance) Awful season opener. I was hoping this major cast turnover would livin things up. IronicAlly, the opener showed a video of himself at 8 doing SNL skits w sister then episode is full of dick, pussy, and homosexual jokes that I dont want my 9 and 11 year old watching. I grew up repeating lines from favorite sketches w my brother when we were young. Now my kids cant watch because its now too blatantly crass and vulgar.

They are stealing jokes too. Entire Charmin bit was stolen from a youtube comedian.
