My wife's 91 year old uncle has been in an assisted living facility since his wife died a few years ago. His 56 year old daughter checks in on him daily. On Friday, she went to take him out to lunch. When she got there, he said "I'm all packed. Mom is ready, and I am going with her." He had a bag packed by the door. The daughter went to turn off the TV and some lights, came back to living room to find him in a chair, calm, deceased.
