I've got some friends that have burt that stuff for 30+ years. They are good people, but their short term memory is for shite. I smoked when I was young, but I stopped using in my late 20's. These folks smoke all day every day and their brains don't function very well. Continue smoking young people, you'll be a shite for brains by the time you are 50. FREEDOM !!!

Completely stopping marijuana use is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I was a habitual smoker from 17-26 and wasted a lot of good years blazed out of my mind. Thinking clearly and not being constantly paranoid is an excellent way to live

There was actually a really interesting AMA on Reddit where the guy was an addiction specialist, and he had done studies on marijuana. Basically says its not a good idea to use regularly before the age of 25, because the brain is still developing.

Nothing wrong with smoking ganj, but like anything else, when abused it causes a problem. I wasn't that guy who smoked a bowl after a long day. I got high first thing every morning, was high throughout all of my classes, high at social functions, etc. Sometimes smoking an eighth a day. It really wasn't a rarity at LSU

Like the guy above said about smoking regularly while the brain is still developing - I wouldn't suggest it. I do feel like it stunted my maturity level a bit. I doubt it was from getting lit in my later years, but I was burning blunts at 14

It doesn't take a genius to point out that a drug that harmfully impacts the sections of your brain that process memory is bad for you

Sounds like you should have kept smoking. You couldn't remember what your title stated as soon as you started your post. What a dipshit.

From the link provided...

Madeleine Meier from Duke published an important study in 2012 in a major journal that followed over 1000 New Zealanders over time. They did neuropsychological testing at ages 13 and 38 and found that early regular use of MJ was associated with up to an 8-point loss of IQ, and that is very significant

He was being sarcastic. How did that fly over your head?

Second thought, he could also just be retarded.
