Slidell police make arrest in baby case

Dr. Charles Preston, Coroner of St. Tammany Parish, says the baby girl was born live and would have survived if it had the proper care.
Police say a maintenance worker at Canterbury House Apartments discovered it Monday morning.
Just heard on the radio that the child was born alive. Mother will be charged with 2nd degree murder.

You can drop a baby off ANYWHERE- police stations, fire stations, churches, even the POST OFFICE. It's 100% legal and anonymous.
