I honestly believe that if anyone at anytime decides to find something offensive they can now. This is right up there with the Miss N. Carolina stupidity. Actually sounds like her.

I've personally seen Samoan/native Hawaiian looking women selling those in Hawaii.

Yep. Went to Hawaii in June. Took three taxi rides, and two of the three had those dolls on the dash. Also saw plenty of women wearing the traditional grass skirts during luaus.
