I had to go to the main office on Independence to just get my address on the cdl updated. Couldn't do it at the express.
My advice: take a day off work, get to their front door at 730 to make sure you're near the front of the line. They don't like dealing with CDL's, and some of those devilfaced counthair bitches will refuse to serve you until one of their "specialists" (newest hired) is available.
