the girl with the chair should not only be expelled but arrested. the other girl is just defending herself and should not be suspended.

Black girl should definitely be suspended. She continued to fight after the teacher got involved, ignored his pleas to end the fight, and put him at risk.
Her punishment should be much less than the white girl's, but a suspension is not out of the question. This was clearly a feud that didn't start there, so a cool off period is warranted.

Jesus. That's about the biggest cheap shop I've ever seen and the white trash girl still gets her arse beat. My vote is to suspend the white girl only. Black girl should maybe get a minor punishment for not letting go when the teacher was trying to break them up but I would be fine if she didn't get any punishment.

The white girl said something about talking shite about her. This means the black girl probably violated the school's bullying policy.
The black girl should be suspended for the bullying and for not listening to the teacher as he repeatedly told both of them to stop.
The white girl should be suspended for starting a fight. She should then be arrested for aggravated battery or aggravated assault, depending on how the laws are written wherever she is from.
There are other children there that are there for an education and they should not be subjected to collateral damage from two little thuggettes that are unable to display any degree of self control.

Teacher only got involved after the black girl got up to defend herself. She should have kicked his arse also.
