Amarillo, TX is under blizzard warning.
A Blizzard Warning remains in effect until noon CST Monday.
* Winds and visibility... north winds of 35 to 45 mph with gusts
of 55 to 65 mph are expected. Visibilities from falling and
blowing snow will drop to near zero at times... causing
whiteout conditions.
* Snow accumulations... 5 to 13 inches of snow with localized higher
amounts are possible. Snow drifts of 5 to 10 feet are likely due to
the strong winds.
* Wind chills... the combination of strong north winds and cold
temperatures will produce wind chills as low as 10 below zero
for much of this winter storm event.
* Impacts... travel will become extremely hazardous or
impossible. Power outages may occur across parts of the
Oklahoma and Texas panhandles.

Amarillo must be a crazy place to live when it comes to the weather. There's nothing to do there but you get scorching summers and blizzards in the winter.

I was forecasting for a town in New Mexico yesterday and it was looking like almost 24 hours of 1/4 mile visibility

My weather app shows 83° in Shreveport right now. Winds gusting to about 20 mph. Could get nasty in a few hours.

Things are really starting to set up, should be pretty eventful later on.

My home weather station is showing 81 degrees, 63% humidity, sustained winds around 10mph, gusts close to 20. Pressure has been dropping slowly all day.
The system is still out to our west but these little cells popping up in Central Louisiana could get going ahead of the actual system and cause trouble.

Tornado warning for El Dorado, AR. Rotation doesn't look real strong but looks to be getting a little stronger and heading right into the city.
